Working in Temple University’s Environmental Health & Radiation Safety (EHRS) unit and under the general supervision of a designated supervisor, the Environmental Health & Safety Program Manager plans, designs, develops, coordinates, implements, and oversees select EHRS programs and specialized projects. Specifically, the EHS Program Manager will monitor and support compliance with EHRS led environmental programs including storage tank management, Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure plan (SPCC), chemical waste management, biological waste management and the Emergency Planning and Community Right to Know Act (EPCRA). Additionally, the EHS Program Manager assists the Unit in long-term planning activities, analyzes data, engages in university outreach and monitoring, and reports on compliance with resource agency permits and agreements.
